Smaller and stronger!
Improved Locking Unit series KFPC
Improvement of reliable technology - SITEMA has completely re-worked the pneumatic Locking Unit series KFPC.
It is now built much more compact, and stronger at the same time. Compared with the old series, it is up to 80% stronger and up to 50% smaller in volume.
The lifetime has been optimized as well and is now even longer than before.
There are three sizes available with holding forces 11 kN, 22 kN and 44 kN on rod diameters 20, 30 and 40 mm.
The advantages are obvious:
- Precise positioning in both directions
- Clamping at any position along the rod
- High service life
- Short reaction time thanks to a special high speed port
- Possible to mounting directly to cylinders
- Easy installation
- Short delivery times, available from stock
Typical applications are to be found in automation, automotive industry, handling sytems, test and measuring equipment, assembly systems, packaging machines, and many more.
